“Awang-awa na ako sa’yo. Noon ka pa nagpapansin.”
Veteran entertainment reporter and talent manager of Liza Soberano, Ogie Diaz fired back at former broadcaster Jay Sonza when the latter called him as ‘asymptopangit’.
On Twitter, Jay described the difference between “asymptomatic” and “asymptopangit” in which he used Ogie Diaz as an example for the second term.
Jay wrote on his Twitter account: “Asymptopangit- nagiging kamuka mo sina PAB jover at Ogie D. pero di mo pa rin matangap.”
In response, Ogie stated that it’s okay for Jay to use his name if this is the only way he thinks he could obtain a government position. If by chance that the President would not still appoint Jay, Ogie is more than willing to provide the name of a popular celebrity.
As Jay continued to attack him, the veteran reporter said he preferred to stay ugly if the only basis to be called handsome would be Jay Sonza. Furthermore, Ogie also asked his followers if it’s really true that he’s ugly.
Talaga ba? Hindi nga?”
Ogie teased the former broadcaster that he will give him another chance to change his mind, as he couldn’t believe that someone like Jay would label him as “asymptopangit.”
“Bigyan kita ng chance, ha? Pwede pang mag-change ang mind mo, ha? So sayo pa talaga galing na pangit ako? Ikaw pa talaga ang nagsabi? Sure ka na ba?”
This was not the first time that Jay criticized Ogie and other personalities. Over the past few months, Jay insinuated that Kim Chiu’s ambush was scripted, in which Ogie came and defended Love Thy Woman star.
In January 2018, the retired broadcaster called Kris Aquino’s son Bimby ‘baklain’. Fortunately, the Queen of All Media decided not to prolong the issue.
Instead, she posted a cryptic message by quoting George Bernard Shaw, “Never wrestle with the pigs. You both get dirty and the pig likes it.”
