It seemed the three bullies—Rep. Crispin Remulla, Rep. Mike Defensor, and Rep. Dante Marcoleta—are not yet satisfied with denying the ABS-CBN franchise.
The three have continued their attacks on ABS-CBN despite the fact that the company is already retrenching employees due to the closure.
Remulla insinuated that ABS-CBN is paying revolutionary tax to the NPA instead of paying right taxes to the BIR.
In a tweet by writer Jerry Gracio, Remulla was shown talking to Mochan Uson’s manager and DDS propagandist Banat By.

Defensor and Marcoleta were no different as they also keep on coming up with new theories to get back at ABS-CBN and completely dismantle the giant network.
In their latest zoom session which was shared in a tweet by Miguel Sevilla, the bully congressmen talked about how to take over ABS-CBN properties.
Just like during the franchise hearing, Marcoleta kept on banking on his allegation that there is an anomaly with ABS-CBN’s land title.
Marcoleta alleged that ABS-CBN is not the rightful owner of the land where ABS-CBN facilities are located and that the government should completely take over the properties including all equipment.

These are the same arguments that DDS trolls have been spreading online for quite a while.
The three congressmen seem to be following the script from the troll farm. From the tax issue to Gabby Lopez’s citizenship, ABS-CBN being supporters of NPA and the TV Plus violations, these allegations have been spread by DDS trolls on social media even prior to the formal franchise hearings.
That’s why, it’s not far fetched that the hearing was done all for the show, to think that the congress was being fair when in fact it was already done deal ahead of time.
