ABS-CBN has been off the air since May after the National Telecommunications Commission sent out their cease and desist order preventing the network from airing programs through free TV and radio.
Then, the embattled ABS-CBN network moved to digital platforms such as Facebook and YouTube to continue with their shows. They have also retrenched employees due to the pandemic and the network’s shutdown.
Finally, after the 5-month hiatus from free TV, ABS-CBN shows will return through the A2Z Channel 11 starting October 10.
