With the GMA News TV travel show Biyahe ni Drew returning with fresh new episodes, Drew Arellano highlighted an adventure seeker spot in Bulacan that wowed him.
In the press conference for the show, Arellano said that their first episode created the most impact out of the locations they traveled because of its adventurous location and proximity to Metro Manila. He was referring to Doña Remedios Trinidad in Bulacan.
“Definitely the first episode, not because it’s the first episode that we shot during the pandemic. But, because of the location that is very near Metro Manila. I was just so surprised that it was our first time to shoot it. And I’m talking about, Doña Remedios Trinidad in Bulacan,” said Drew.
Then, Arellano highlights that the spot was a known go-to adventure seeker spot in Bulacan.
“I was actually swept away. It was such a great experience. And you know a lot of people know that I’m an outdoor kinda guy. And, I long for adventure. Apparently, yung DRT, puntahan to ng mga adventure seekers because nice elevation, nice roads. So people go there, on their bicycles, motorcycles, their 4×4 vehicles, and whatnot,” said Arellano.
He also remarked that it wowed him upon arriving at the location and surprised with its proximity to Metro Manila.
“So nung unang pagdating sabi ko, ‘Wow! Ganda pala dito! And its just so near Metro Manila.’ We can’t wait to air that episode in a few days,” said Arellano.
Biyahe ni Drew’s new episodes focus on safe and responsible travel amidst the quarantine and pandemic. It returns this Friday, November 13, at 9:15 P.M. on GMA News TV.
