Chika, BESH, a morning talk show of TV5 recently welcomed radio and TV host DJ Jhaiho as their newest ‘ka-Chika’.
DJ Jhaiho will join Pauleen Luna, and former Kapamilya talents, Pokwang and Ria Atayde.
With this, A netizen on Twitter asked the radio host whether he will leave his Kapamilya show, We Rise Together, because of this new project.
DJ Jhaiho then assured the netizen that he will not leave ABS-CBN and his existing shows with the network will continue.
He said that he asked permission from the ABS-CBN management and Director Laurenti Dyogi, and he was given a blessing to join the show on TV5.

DJ Jhaiho is currently hosting We Rise Together Live, Hotspot Live, and Showbiz Pa More.
We Rise Together is an online talk show, presented by ABS-CBN films hosted by DJ Jhaiho together with the new talents of Rise Artists Studio, the talent management arm of ABS-CBN films.
On Monday, DJ Jhaiho and the team were joined by the OPM band The Juans on the said show.
DJ Jhaiho or Jireh, started his career as a Disc jockey in the ABS-CBN FM radio station, MOR 101.9.
His career bloomed from DJ-ing to hosting Kapamilya shows and events and even TV acting stints like his role as the sidekick of Claudia Buenavista (Angelica Panganiban), in the remake of Pangako Sa ‘Yo.
Now, despite being one of the hosts of TV5’s“Chika, Besh, which will be the rival of ABS-CBN’s Magandang Buhay, he’s lucky that he was permitted to continue his Kapamilya shows.
