After the termination of the Sunday noontime variety show ‘Sunday Noontime Live,’ Maja Salvador continued being a Kapatid as she stars in the series with a working title, ‘Niño Niña’ on TV5 with Empoy.
Comedian Empoy previously divulged that he will make a series together with Maja under the Kapatid network.
Considering Maja’s funny spills on ‘Sunday Noontime Live,’ this new TV series is expected to be comedy-themed.
‘Niño Niña’ will kick-off starting April 12, replacing the ‘Paano ang Pangako?’ with the 7:15 pm timeslot that airs before ABS-CBN Entertainment’s primetime action-drama series that is starred by Coco Martin, ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’, which is now also airs on TV5.
Maja and Coco have starred together in teleseryes, ‘Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin’, ‘Nagsimula sa Puso’ and the most recent, in ‘FPJ’s: Ang Probinsyano’, where Maja plays as SPO1 Glen Corpuz, Cardo’s childhood best friend and tandem who discreetly fell in love with Coco’s character.
