Returning Kapuso actor Christopher De Leon lauds fellow actors in the newest installment of GMA Network’s anthology series, I Can See You.

In the press conference for the crime-thriller, I Can See You: The Lookout, De Leon praised his co-stars and described them as inspiring, professional, energetic, and always prepared.

“Very inspiring, I get my energy from them because they’re all professional, they’re always prepared.”

De Leon then added that his co-stars know how to get into their characters right away while comparing the amount of time an actor gets into their role, especially in movies.

“This group, they’re prepared for what the next scene is and into the character right away. Pagtapos ng take wala pakawala ulit. But nakakatuwa sila. Kasi, before ang daming process before you get into a character. Especially in making movies, ‘di ba?”

Afterward, he said the cast is energetic, adding that the cast’s enthusiasm to work inspires the seasoned actor.

“Sila, they’re very energetic, and I get this energy from them. And I get inspired by their enthusiasm nila to work.”

He also lauded Director Jules Katanyag’s vision, adding that it’s exciting, new, and fun.

“Especially si Direk, ‘yung vision niya is talagang nakaka-inspire. And, it’s very exciting, kasi bago ‘yung mga materials, bago ‘yung mga tao, bago ‘yung environment, and ang sarap gawin.”

Finally, de Leon said he enjoyed the mini-series because it’s not the usual drama and action movie.

“Nakaka-enjoy gawin in short. It’s not the usual drama. It’s not the usual action movie. It has twists and turns and all that. I’m very happy to be a part of this project.”
