Multimedia host Casey Miller, more popularly known as KC Montero, can’t help but throw shade at celebrities who traveled out of NCR+ Bubble even though it’s not allowed.
On twitter, the American DJ tweeted his dismay and started throwing shades at celebrities who keep on traveling and using their ‘privilege.’
I’m so irritated by some celebs that are traveling out of NCR. Sure, get out if you can but why post photos if technically you’re not allowed to travel at all?

Netizens who saw his tweet can’t help but agree with Montero, who even stressed artists who got vaccinated even though they’re not part of the A1-A3 priority list.
This so true… Some does not even belong to A1-A3 classification pero vaccinated na tas mkikita mo lang #TravelGoals na. Sheesh

The tweet wasn’t the first by KC tweeted about traveling during this COVID-19 pandemic.
In a May 23 tweet, the TV host asked if people from NCR are allowed to travel to Boracay.
So are people allowed to travel to Boracay from NCR?

Despite this privilege, some celebrities and personalities are not spared, like KC Montero, who was arrested in June 2020 at a high-end bar in Makati City with 100 other local and foreign nationals for allegedly violating community quarantine guidelines–prohibiting mass gatherings.
According to Makati police, the posh roof-deck lounge bar Skye in Salcedo Village was the scene of an operation. According to authorities–at least 100 customers got caught drinking alcohol, with several of them breaking social distancing rules.
Celebrity Privilege is already a problem and issue since the COVID-19 pandemic. Netizens questioning how celebrities could get vaccines and other items that should be for others, those who belong on the priority list.
One of the recently questioned celebrities was Alice Dixson, who recently got her second dose of Pfizer vaccine here in the Philippines. But Alice Dixson defended her second Pfizer vaccine jab in Manila in the face of Internet skepticism.
Although the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cannot choose who it infects, the story surrounding it goes far beyond who is infected and who is not. After all, it has highlighted the wealth gap between the rich and the poor, as well as the privilege that comes with it.
