Will the former Kapamilya star Beauty Gonzalez face-off with Ultimate Star, Jennylyn Mercado in her first-ever Kapuso teleserye?
As early as 2018, speculations are surrounding Gonzalez that she is transferring networks when she visited GMA Network to meet with its executives. This rumor heightened when Gonzalez appeared in the Kapuso game show, “Celebrity Bluff” but this move didn’t push through.
Finally, on Wednesday (June 2), GMA Network confirmed that the actress is already a Kapuso, along with a project in store for her.
The details are yet to be announced but a showbiz insider revealed that the project is yet another “out of the box” concept, different from other cliché shows in the Philippines.
Meanwhile, it is the same with Jennylyn Mercado’s upcoming series, “Love, Die, Repeat,” which the network is proudly advertising.
We have heard from the grapevine that the network aims to give the audience a different kind of story far from what is abundant in Philippine TV nowadays.
This is the same GMA Network that bravely went where no network has gone by introducing unique shows such as Amaya, Indio, My Husband’s Lover, The Rich Man’s Daughter, Beautiful Justice, and many more, keeping its viewers hungry for more.
The network continues to do so by bringing exquisite shows such as Mercado’s upcoming series and Gonzalez’s project.
It is also speculated that this very first project of Gonzalez will have Mercado as part of its cast.
