Music Royalty Jayda Avanzado expressed her gratitude to ABS-CBN for their trust in her upcoming concert.
In the interview for her concert, Jayda in Concert, Jayda expressed her gratitude for the network’s trust in her despite the adversities and problems faced by ABS-CBN.
“Isang malaking karangalan and I guess a privilege in a way rin na mabigyan ako ng ganitong oportunidad ng ABS-CBN. With the decision din na, I just signed with Rise Artist Studio and Star Magic. Even though amidst all these adversities and problems, para po sa akin iba talaga ang ABS-CBN eh.”
She added how special her upcoming concert is for her.
“I would say it’s very special to me. Because I haven’t had the opportunity to showcase my artistry and everything I have to offer in a full-length show.”
She also gave a shout-out to ABS-CBN and Star Music because they showcased her talent as an artist.
“Gusto ko rin talaga mag-shout out sa ABS-CBN for giving me this opportunity and this platform for me to showcase what I have as an artist.
“And I want to give a shout out to Star Music and especially Roxy Liquigan and Jonathan Manalo for just always believing in me. And for giving me that creative freedom and kasi sobrang importante ‘yun sa akin as an artist.”
She also added hopes of breaking into the international music scene through her upcoming concert.
“Ako pangarap ko noong bata pa ako, to make it internationally and to wave that Philippine flag proudly and represent the country in that way. Yes, I do see this as a way of opening myself up to the international market. Given na itong concert ko na to is aired on KTX, which is available worldwide, it’s also aired on TFC IPTV.”
Jayda in Concert happens on June 26 (Saturday) at 8 pm with a re-run the next day, June 27 (Sunday) at 10 am on KTX.ph, iWanTTFC, and TFC IPTV.Tickets are still available for only P499. KTX also offers limited VIP tickets for P799, including exclusive access to the VIP party with Jayda via Zoom.
