Kapamilya star Paulo Avelino showed that he is still not used to these two actresses being a Kapamilya as he introduced them as a Kapuso.
In a KUMU live with director Cathy Garcia-Molina along with Bea Alonzo and Janus Del Prado, Avelino revealed that he is busy working for an upcoming ABS-CBN family drama “Marry Me, Marry You.”
The drama is produced by Dreamscape Entertainment where Avelino will co-star with the new Kapamilya actress Janine Gutierrez as well as Sunshine Dizon who is also new to the network.
However, instead of introducing the two actresses as a Kapamilya, Avelino mistakenly called them a Kapuso.

“Right now ang ginagawa ko is I’m doing a soap opera with ABS-CBN called ‘Marry Me, Marry You.’
“Kasama po natin ang dalawang newest Kapuso— ay Kapamilya natin po. It’s Sunshine Dizon and of course Janine Gutierrez.”
Alonzo burst out in laughter as she found Avelino’s candidness funny while Del Prado was just smiling at the actor.
Both Sunshine Dizon and Janine Gutierrez are new to the Kapamilya network. They came from the GMA network.
Avelino also came from the GMA network. He was a Kapuso from 2006-2011 before he transferred to ABS-CBN.
Sunshine Dizon became a Kapamilya last April 30. Despite the lack of a franchise, the actress said that she transferred to the network because she heard good things about ABS-CBN and Dreamscape Entertainment from her friends in the showbiz industry.
Janine Gutierrez joined the network last January. She was previously with the GMA Network for nine years but decided to transfer to ABS-CBN despite its shutdown.
Marry Me, Marry You marks Avelino and Gutierrez’s first TV project together and Janine’s first teleserye as a Kapamilya.
The series will also be the first Kapamilya teleserye of award-winning actress Sunshine Dizon.
The series will highlight the challenges that couples face together, particularly the traditional expectation that when a person marries someone, they are also marrying their entire family, friends, and everyone close to them.
Other cast of the series include Jake Ejercito, Cherry Pie Picache, Vina Morales, Teresa Loyzaga, Lito Pimentel, Joko Diaz, Jett Pangan, and Edu Manzano.
The series will be seen on ABS-CBN platforms soon.
