“I could see myself as a future host sa mga reality shows and such.”
That is what Ashley Del Mundo thinks after getting the chance to host Star Hunt’s online talent search, Bida Star.
It was her first hosting experience and she admits liking it.
“I think Bida Star was my first hosting project. At sobrang nagustuhan ko,” admitted Ashley in an exclusive interview with LionhearTV on June 28.
Sharing her experiences as a host of the said talent search, Ashley felt that she grew from it, as an individual and as an artist.
“I think I grew from it. Kasi dati hindi pa ako masyadong marunong makipag-halubilo sa ibang tao or mag-joke. So now, may natutunan ako like how to keep the conversation going, how to keep the audience engaged. At nagustuhan ko talaga. And I know I improved a lot,” she pointed.
In the meantime, Ashley is part of the series, He’s Into Her. There she plays the character Khloe Gomez.
According to her, she was welcomed by the cast and the production team wholeheartedly. Ashley also found a new set of mentors in He’s Into Her.
“First series ko itong He’s into Her. At ang masasabi ko lang, very welcoming lahat. Very supportive ang mga co-actors ko. They are very caring, very approachable. Kasi every time na nahihirapan ako, they were always there para tulungan ako.”
Ashley also revealed wanting to try kontrabida roles in the future.
“Yung role ko in the future, gusto kong ma-try ‘yung kontrabida role,” hoped Ashley.
For now, Ashley is busy being Khloe in her first-ever series, He’s Into Her alongside the Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano tandem.
