A GMA Network employee gets beaten after being accused by policemen of being a big-time drug pusher.
Today, July 15, Kapuso Program Manager John Mychal Feraren shared on Twitter a conversation between him and a utility worker of the network who was abused by police authorities.
Feraren was heartbroken after hearing the story of the worker. He then testified that the man was nowhere near to being a drug pusher as he trusts the man with his belongings during working hours.
The man is terrified as there were threats that he will be killed, according to Feraren.
In their conversation, the Kapuso employee shared how the police invaded his home and accused him of being associated with drugs.
Worse, the police did not believe that the staff was not dealing with such an illegal substance.
Even worse, the Kapuso worker claimed that the police stole his money along with his child’s savings in a piggy bank.
Nakakadurog ng puso. Talked to one of our production utilitymen, and ganito ang nangyari sa kanya.

Kapuso talent Brent Valdez was also saddened by the tragic event. He then recommended that the Kapuso worker should leave the area as it is not safe for him in the meantime.
