Actor Piolo Pascual revealed that he has already spoken with ABS-CBN president and CEO Carlo Katigbak.
He confirmed that he will remain with the Kapamilya network.
Amid his frequent absence on ABS-CBN after the Network lost its franchise in 2020, Pascual puts an end to rumors about his possible transfer to the other networks.
He was one of the Kapamilya artists rumored to transfer. Even though Pascual’s loyalty to ABS-CBN is questionable, he confirmed that he will be seen in his home network again soon.
“At the end of the day, I never left,” he firmly said.
Pascual shared he already had a good talk with Carlo Katigbak on July 4.
“I’m a Kapamilya through and through, I don’t have to reiterate that. I’ll be back home for sure, pagkatapos ng mga meetings for sure.
“I spoke with my boss, si Sir Carlo, on the 4th of July, and we had a good talk. When the time I’m done with quarantine, may meeting kami,” the actor said.
Pascual stopped having live performances on ASAP Natin ‘To! after his hosting stint for the noontime variety show Sunday Noontime Live on TV5 that aired from October 2020 to January 2021.
Despite the speculations of him lying about his loyalty toward the Kapamilya network, Pascual still gave his appreciation to the Kapamilya viewers for continuously supporting ABS-CBN.
“Kapamilya, thank you for continuing to let us into your homes through all the different available platforms,” he said.
