Singapore, 3 August 2021 – iQiyi, the Asian entertainment streaming leader today announced the launch of their iQiyi International app on all Amazon Fire TV devices. The launch cements iQiyi’s position as a leading global streamer and accelerates its international growth as it offers the best-in-class Asian entertainment to users of Amazon Fire worldwide, including the Philippines (Fire Stick Basic Edition).
Amazon Fire TV device owners will be able to access iQiyi’s growing collection of pan-Asian content with more than 3,000 show titles. The streamer has established several content niches, including period costume dramas like the globally acclaimed “Story of Yanxi Palace”; its Lights On collection which houses unconventional noir-style suspense dramas like “The Bad Kids”; NextGen variety shows and the recently launched Asian Romance Collection which featured Chinese Originals and the hit Korean Original drama, “My Roommate is a Gumiho.” iQiyi’s strong partnerships with Korean and Southeast Asian content providers and creators will also continue to ensure that there is always something for everyone.

Owners of newer models of Amazon Fire TV Basic Edition (PH) sticks will be able to indulge in the best Asian content viewing experience at home, with shows like “My Dear Guardian” and “The Day of Becoming You,” which are available in (1080p) with Dolby Audio.
