Amid the trying times of today, Christmas remains a much-awaited, magical occasion for Filipinos. Aside from their loved ones, Kapamilyas from here and abroad were able to celebrate Christmas ahead of everyone else together with the brightest Star Magic artists through the “Star Magical Christmas: The Star Magic Christmas Special 2021.”
A worthwhile prelude to the annual 2021 ABS-CBN Christmas Special, “Star Magical Christmas” event is a fund-raising show for the benefit of Lingkod Kapamilya that was initiated by Star Magic.
Hundreds of Kapamilya netizens joined the first-ever Christmas gathering of the Star Magic talented performers and singers on the online show hosted by Andrei Felix, Sela Guia, and Turs Daza last December 18, as it was streamed on the ABS-CBN Entertainment and other selected ABS-CBN YouTube platforms.
Performing together for the first time since their inclusion under the premier talent management arm months back are Star Magic’s sub-talent management groups Polaris, Star Hunt, Rise, and Pinoy Big Brother.
Fulfilling their mission of spreading Christmas cheer, uplifting spirits, and making the audience’s Christmases more magical, Kyle Echarri, Luis Vera Perez, Kurt Mendoza, Rans Rifol, Moira Lacambra, Sela, Drey Brown, Kei Kurosawa, Reich Alim, Krystl Jamilla, and Charles Kieron fired up the dance floor with their numbers. While singers Nyoy Volante, Liezel Garcia, Marlo Mortel, Recio, Angela Ken, Poppert Bernadas, LA Santos, Gian Magdangal, Davey Langit, and Mitoy Yonting serenaded the viewers with the most heartfelt songs.
Giving a virtual version of caroling during the most magical day of the year are Polaris artists Niel Murillo, Anne Lorenzo, Luis Gragera, Anthony Castillo, Shan dela Vega, Reiven Umali, Vanessa Celestial, Adrian Manibale, JM dela Cerna, Lorraine Galvez, Rachel Gabreza, Nisha Bedana, Anthony Andres, Jerold Tamayo, Psalm Manalo, Wincel Portugal, Anne Tenorio and the TNT Boys, as well as, Bidaman contestants Dan Delgado, JR Baring, and Kristof Garcia.
To remind us to keep reaching our dreams and how Christmas ought to be celebrated were Star Hunt artists composed of Lou Yanong, Kaori Oinuma, Kiara Takahashi, Sky Quizon, Quincy Villanueva, Criza Taa, Lance Carr, Haira Palaguitto, Reign Parani, Luciana Andres, Argel Saycon, Angela Tungol, Abi Kassem, RJ Perkins, Mika Pajares, Liofer Pinatacan, Shawntel Cruz, Gail Devera, Jem Macatuno, Ashley del Mundo, and Tan Roncal.

Finally, completing the jampacked lineup of Star Magic artists are the “PBB Kumunity Edition Season 10” housemates. The one of a kind reunion jamming of the current and ex-celebrity housemates KD Estrada, Anji Salvacion, Alexa Ilacad, Kyle Echarri, Madam Inutz, Brenda Mage, Jordan Andrews, Eian Rances, Alyssa Valdez, Samantha Bernardo, Albie Casino, TJ Valderrama, Karen Bordador, John Adajar, Shanaia Gomez, Benedix Ramos, and Chie Filomeno, have highlighted the kind of big love that PBB has been showing all through the years.
Regardless of how tough the situation is right now, Star Magic artists would always find ways to bring some comfort and spark some hope in the hearts of many. All donations gathered from the Star Magical Christmas show would go to its beneficiary, ABS-CBN Foundation’s Sagip Kapamilya (Operation: Odette).
