‘Eat Bulaga’ hosts Allan K, Wally Bayola, Jose Manalo, Alden Richards share how they prevent feeling burnout from hosting the show

Eat Bulaga is currently halfway through its 42nd year on-air and marked its anniversary in the middle of 2021.

On January 11, Eat Bulaga hosts Allan K, Wally Bayola, Jose Manalo, and Alden Richards shared how they prevent feeling burnout from hosting the longest-running noontime show.

During a media conference for the 42nd year of Eat Bulaga, Allan K said Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey Reyes served as their inspiration in avoiding feelings of burnout.

So alam mo ‘yun inspirasyon pa rin sila talaga.”

Bayola admitted feeling sad when they don’t have a hosting gig in Eat Bulaga.

Manalo highlighted the positive work environment they have on the set of Eat Bulaga.

Richards then noted that he does feel burned out from other shows but not with Eat Bulaga because he considers hosting the noontime show as going home to his second family.

Parang it’s more of going home to your second family.”
