Agot Isidro slams double-talking politicians

Agot’s tweet came on the heels of Malacanang’s suprise party for the First Lady Lisa Marcos on Sunday, August 21 coinciding the chaotic distribution of educational aid by the DSWD.

Singer-actress Agot Isidro took a pot shot against politicians who keep double-talking about the pandemic.

In a tweet on Monday, August 22, Isidro chastised politicians who often use the pandemic as an excuse to restrain people while they were the ones who continue partying.

While Agot didn’t drop any names, it triggered vitriol responses from netizens supportive of the current Administration.

“Alam mo pagot malaki problema mo sa buhay. pati birthday celebration paki alaman mo. tatak sa utak mo First Lady ang pinag uusapan.”

“Birthday ng asawa. May okasyon.

In a follow-up tweet, Agot just laughs-off twitter accounts who got triggered and bashed her even though she didn’t drop any names of the politician.

“Triggered much? Hahahaha”

Meanwhile, if there were those who bashed Agot over her recent tweet about the “partying,” there were also who supported her and alluded the current Administration.

“kutusan si Bongbong Marcos!”

“Oo, ikaw ito “president” – @primouno_djr

Kilala agad nila kahit walang pangalan. We gotchu Ms. A!” – @anni_ka_jade

“Double standards. – @padrinoPH

“Magic word ng mga apologists: Pandemic” – @karlousC
