Claudine Barretto opened up on her relationship with her sisters Gretchen and Marjorie now.
The Barretto sisters are known to have strained relationships as they take their family feud online with everyone to feast on.
In Claudine Barretto’s interview on GMA’s Fast Talk With Boy Abunda on May 5, the actress said that she is on good terms with Gretchen but not with Marjorie.
She said that Gretchen would always lecture her and give life advice.
“She never left my side. We don’t get to spend time all the time, but the words of wisdom, her being there, kahit thru phone lang, ang dami kong natutunan…”
She then shared that she is not on good terms with Marjorie but they still see each other during family gatherings.
“As for Marjorie, we don’t really get to talk talaga, but all is well. We see each other, lunches, dinners, merienda with family.
“We have a big family. We did small talk. That’s good. That’s good enough,” said Claudine.
Claudine is the youngest among the three of them. She is currently 43 years old. Marjorie is 48 and Gretchen is 53 years old.
Claudine is in a close relationship with Marjorie’s daughter, Julia Barretto.
The actress shared how proud she is of Julia Barretto.
“We’re good. She’s very busy, I’m very busy.
“Kapag may family events kami, may birthday sa bahay ng Kuya Mito ko, we see each other.
“We saw each other when we watched ZsaZsa Zaturnnah. Julia was there also.
“I am very very proud. I’ve seen Expensive Candy [Julia’s movie ]…
“I’m very proud not only of Julia but all my nieces. They grew up with me. Sila yung bitbit-bitbit ko kahit saan and I’m proud of whatever she’s achieving now.
“I would just want her to have more breaks para ma-showcase yung acting niya.” she said.
Claudine Barretto was previously married to Raymart Santiago. They got married twice in 2003 and then in 2006, before officially separating in 2013. They have two children, Santino and Sabrina.
