On October 10, A1 Members Ben Adams, Mark Read, and Paul Marazzi talked about their lives as dads.

At the media conference for ‘A1 Twenty Five Manila,’ which LionhearTV covered, Read discussed the changes in their lives from being a ’90s boyband to becoming fathers.

“The [biggest] change is with our family and how we see–three of us are fathers now–dads [and] we have kids. Ben has one baby girl, Skye, and one on the way. Christian has recently been a dad for the first time with Cara, six months old, and Paul is a dad twice over with Sofia and–.”

He also highlighted how having their own families changes their priorities in life.

“And I think– family changes everything because it changes your focus and [your] priorities. Everything that you do and every time that you travel and you are thinking about your family, and I think [probably] the [biggest] change is to be a parent. And that actually connects to our newest single, ‘Call Me When You Land.'”

Aside from how fatherhood changed their lives, other A1 members also narrated some adorable moments with their children.

Marazzi shared stories about his kids and how he would often Facetime with them when they were away for their tours.

“I’ve been facetiming them, and they’re still [very] silly, and it’s like they like to when they talk to me, they [like] playing a game. They’re like, ‘Alright Dad.’ They are calling me, and they’ll be like, ‘Alright dad.'”

Adams recounted a funny story about how his daughter made him sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to her stuffed toys.

“My daughter yesterday made me sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to every single one of her teddy bears. And we are in a pub. So, I [was sitting] in the bar, singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to [all sorts of] creatures.”

As for their concert event, A1 Members Ben Adams, Mark Read, Christian Ingebrigtsen, and Paul Marazzi return to the Philippines for a concert event titled ‘A1 Twenty Five Manila’ at the New Frontier Theater in Araneta City Cubao in Quezon City from October 14 to 15.

Concertgoers and A1 fans can purchase tickets through Ticketnet Online or SM Tickets.

Aside from their concert event, A1 also released ‘Call Me When You Land,’ for their 25th year in music. Their single is available for streaming on all music platforms nationwide.
