Rumors are circulating that Ogie Diaz is being pressured to refrain from providing updates or commentary on KathNiel (Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla), as well as Andrea Brillantes.
According to sources, discussions are reportedly ongoing with ABS-CBN management to halt Ogie and his team’s activities, particularly on their YouTube channel.
Despite these claims, Ogie stated that he has not received any communication from ABS-CBN management regarding these efforts.
“Mayroon nakikipag-usap daw sa management ng ABS-CBN na kung puwede raw na patigilin ako, kami dito na magbalita tungkol sa KathNiel sa breakup diumano lalo na kay Daniel… Pinapatigil kami,” disclosed Ogie.
Reportedly, Kathryn Bernardo’s camp opposed this move, advocating for Ogie and his team to continue their work. “Pero meron pang nakarating sa akin, meron namang nakipag-usap sa kampo ni Kathryn Bernardo. ‘Yun na nga, parang nakarating kay Kathryn na merong nakikipag-usap sa management ng ABS-CBN para patigilin ako. Ang sabi ng kampo ni Kathryn, nakarating lang naman sa akin ito… ‘Let them be’. Ibig sabihin, hayaan n’yo na sina Ogie na gawin ang trabaho nila. Parang ganoon ‘yung let them be,” Ogie shared.
He clarified that their updates aim to be fair and not damage anyone’s reputation, emphasizing that they only share unconfirmed news.
