On November 10, Kapamilya star Melai Cantiveros highlighted her husband, Jason Francisco’s, appearance in her movie ‘Ma’am Chief: Shakedown in Seoul.’
At the media event for ‘Ma’am Chief: Shakedown in Seoul,’ which LionhearTV covered, Cantiveros first responded to questions about her leading man in her starring film.

She answered, “Abangan ninyo ‘yan kasi abangan niyo din ‘yung reaction ni Jason, kung mag-request tayo ng Korean leading man. He is part of the movie, and busy lang siya ngayon.”
She then talked about what it was like working with the Korean actors included in the movie.
“‘Yung makasama ‘yung mga Korean stars, it’s a dream, a really amazing experience, kasi iba ‘yung salita nila eh. ‘Yung salita nila, parang naging fanatic din ako, parang nanonood ako ng K-Drama.”
She also emphasized the differences between the Korean production teams and Philippine production crews.
“Ako mismo na-amaze ako dahil 8-10 hours, sobra na ‘yung 10 hours. Sobra na ‘yung to work in 10 hours. Tapos sa 10 hours na ‘yun or sa 8 hours na ‘yun, nandoon na ang lunch. And ‘yung hours na ‘yun, nakatayo lang sila, ‘yung mga crew, they’re very dedicated to their work.
“Binibigyan ng isang oras ang lunch, because, ine-enjoy nila ang food nila, at ang launch doon, restaurant, kaya noong dumating sila dito ‘yung crew, packed lunch. Napaganon sila, the best.
“And pinaka-na-amaze ako, ‘yung assistant director, namin si Miss Sara, minsan kasi ‘yung assistant director natin dito, talagang sigaw, doon sa kanila, ‘It’s Okay, can we go back?’ Very polite.”
Their director, Kring Kim, hinted that Cantiveros had multiple leading men in the movie.
