On January 31, President of Blvck Entertainment Grace Cristobal detailed how their company solved Rekta Sa Kalye’s crisis in mounting their music festival.

At the media event for the Blvck Summer Festival, which LionhearTV covered, Cristobal cited how Blvck Entertainment planned to shoulder the finances of Rekta Sa Kalye’s postponed music festival, including processing refunds.

She disclosed how the postponed music festival in November 2023 affected the mental health of its organizers.

She added the challenges Rekta sa Kalye faced during their ordeal enabled them to decide and help with the music festival.

“So that’s why po, sobrang bilis din po ‘yung mga pangyayari na ito na, tinanggap na po namin, kasi ito po ‘yung point ng time na nandito po ‘yung opportunity, and then maganda rin po ‘yung kanilang vision, why not din po na we’re giving them the chance na ito po ma-pursue po nila ‘yung pangarap din po nila.”

As for their music festival, BLVCK Entertainment, in cooperation with Rekta Sa Kayle, launches the Blvck Summer Festival this April 13, 2024, from 9 AM at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.

The festival features performances from over 30 artists, including Rico Blanco, Sandwich, Franco, December Avenue, Al James, Flow G, Omar Baliw, Allison Shore, Nobita, Kiyo, Gins and Melodies, Crazy as Pinoy, Smugglaz, Carm, 6ENSE, Blvck Flowers, Blvck Purple and more surprise performers.

Patrons can purchase the tickets via RektaSaKalye.com or the official Shopee and Lazada pages of Rekta Sa Kalye and on SM Tickets soon.

Tickets ranges include P3,500 (VIP), P2,200 (Gold), and P1,000 (General Admission) with promo rate announcements on Blvck Entertainment and Rekta Sa Kalye social media pages – P2,850 (VIP), P1,700 (Gold), P700 (General Admission).
