The ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ (PBB) house experienced significant flooding this morning due to the intense rains brought by Typhoon Carina and the southwest monsoon (habagat).

The floodwaters reached the garden area and the male housemates’ bedroom, prompting an early wake-up call for the housemates as water started to infiltrate their living spaces.

PBB management, through a tweet by MJ Felipe, confirmed that all housemates and staff are safe. Swift actions were taken to clear and manage the floodwaters before evening.

Currently, the PBB livestream is unavailable on the Lazada app, which is the usual platform for fans to watch live updates from the house.

The flooding incident comes shortly after the ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ house opened its doors to new housemates for the ‘PBB Gen 11’ edition last Saturday. Despite the unexpected challenge posed by the typhoon, the show continues with measures in place to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone involved.
