Landers Superstore is set to host its inaugural JAPAN FEST, a grand celebration showcasing the best of Japanese food, craftsmanship, and culture.
Running from August 14 to September 10, 2024, this event is the largest themed exhibition in Landers’ history.
Japan Fest will feature a diverse range of premium Japanese products, from artisanal culinary creations to the latest trends from Tokyo. Members will have the chance to explore and sample over a thousand unique items across various categories, enjoying authentic Japanese flavors and discovering new favorites.
The event will also host a selection of external exhibitors, including top Japanese car brands, airlines, tour agencies, electronics, fashion and beauty houses, and handicraft makers, further enriching the experience for attendees.
Visitors can engage in a variety of interactive cultural activities, such as origami folding tutorials, Japanese calligraphy demonstrations, ikebana (flower arranging) sessions, kimono try-ons, and sushi classes—all offered for free.
Fans of Japanese pop culture can look forward to a meet-and-greet with cosplayers dressed as popular anime characters and a gashapon area where they can collect cute figurines and trinkets.
Food enthusiasts can enjoy Japanese-inspired dishes and beverages at Doppio, Landers’ in-house café, and Landers Central, the store’s diner, with exclusive offerings available only during the event.
The stores will be decorated with traditional Japanese elements, including Nobori flags and interactive installations inspired by landmarks such as the Fushimi Inari shrine, cherry blossom gardens, and the Glico Man billboard of Osaka, providing perfect backdrops for memorable photos.
To participate in Japan Fest, customers are encouraged to sign up or renew their membership, with the Landers Cashback Everywhere Card available for PHP 500.
