The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) is expanding its reach and making it easier for Filipinos to follow their favorite lottery games by partnering with IBC-13 and D8TV.

Beginning December 31, 2024, the PCSO Lottery Draw will be aired on these networks in a joint venture that includes both television and online platforms.
The daily broadcasts will feature popular PCSO lotto games including Ultra Lotto 6/58, Grand Lotto 6/55, Super Lotto 6/49, Mega Lotto 6/45, Lotto 6/42, as well as the 6D, 4D, 3D, and 2D Lotto. These draws will be aired live from Monday to Sunday at three timeslots: 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 9:00 PM.
For the first time ever, viewers can catch the lottery draws on both analog and digital channels of IBC-13 and D8TV, as well as the IBC DWAN 1206AM station.
In addition, livestreams of the draws will be available on the official online platforms of PCSO, IBC-13, and DWAN 1206, including websites, Facebook pages, and YouTube channels.
IBC-13 President and CEO Jimmie Policarpio noted that the partnership will benefit from the network’s expanding digital footprint, including recent DTT (digital terrestrial TV) transmitters launched in Baguio and Davao. These new stations will complement existing ones in Iloilo and Cebu, with plans to expand coverage to other regions, such as Laoag, Cagayan de Oro, and Zamboanga. Policarpio also revealed that IBC-13 will launch several new infotainment programs in early 2025, such as Cooltura, Legally Speaking, Sayanista, Kalye Sining, and Barangay Trese.
Jay Ruiz, President of Digital 8, Inc., emphasized that D8TV’s advanced field recording and broadcasting facilities, along with their mobile control rooms and satellite transmission capabilities, ensure high-quality, reliable content delivery.
The contract for broadcasting the PCSO Lottery Draw was awarded to IBC-13 and D8TV following a public bidding process posted on PhilGeps, as confirmed by PCSO Assistant General Manager Atty. Lauro Patiag.
This collaboration marks a vital step in enhancing the accessibility of PCSO’s public service programs and supporting the agency’s ongoing efforts to raise funds for health programs, medical assistance, and charitable initiatives that benefit Filipinos in need.
