Alessandra Ysabelle Eugenio of Bagong Ilog emerged victorious in the Miss Universe Philippines-Pasig 2025 pageant, surpassing 17 other candidates to become the city’s official representative to the national competition.
Held at the Metrotent Convention Center in Pasig City on February 1, 2025, the coronation night was a showcase of beauty, grace, and talent. Alessandra, a standout from the beginning, took home both the Best in Swimsuit and Best in Evening Gown awards. She also received other honors, including Miss Medskin, Miss Mestiza Soap, and the Artist Choice Award. Her victory earned her P250,000 in cash, along with other corporate prizes.
Standing beside Alessandra in the final moments was Allysandrea Denise Tan of Pinagbuhatan, who was named 1st Runner-up. Allysandrea also earned the titles Miss Popularity and Darling of the Press and received P125,000.
Sophia Gella Catoc of Maybunga secured the 2nd Runner-up spot, while Princila Keith Cuevas of San Miguel and Anthonet Faith Bernardo of Oranbo finished as 3rd and 4th Runners-up, respectively. Their prizes were P100,000, P75,000, and P50,000.
Candidates from Kapitolyo, Manggahan, Caniogan, Dela Paz (awarded Ms. Smilee), and Santolan (another Artist Choice recipient) rounded out the Top 10. Special awards also went to the representatives from San Antonio (Ms. Wuling) and Palatiw (Miss Congeniality).
During her opening remarks, city pageant director Cezarah Discaya highlighted the significance of the event.
“Miss Universe Philippines-Pasig is more than just a competition. It is a celebration of beauty in its many forms. This show is all about empowering women,” she said.
The selection committee included prominent personalities such as Atty. Christian Sia, Cong. Richelle Singson, runway coach Ian Mendajar, Dr. Joseph Songco, Jhe Dagar, actor-councilor Ara Mina, Maynard Sabili, and Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2011 winner Shamcey Supsup-Lee, who chaired the panel.
Supsup-Lee, who is also the national director of Miss Universe Philippines, underscored the importance of supporting local queens.
“This pageant is an opportunity for Pasigueñas to really shine. To all the delegates, you have my love. We are changing lives. It takes a city to support our wonderful queens,” she remarked.
Alessandra Ysabelle “Lexi” Eugenio’s triumph brought pride to Rizal Technological University (RTU), where she is a 1st-year BSBA Human Resource Management student. Lexi’s journey from winning Ms. CBEA and Ms. RTU to claiming the Miss Universe Pasig crown is an inspiring testament to her dedication.
Lexi also secured several major awards during the competition, demonstrating her poise, intelligence, and stage presence. Her victory marks a back-to-back win for Bagong Ilog, enhancing the community’s reputation for producing top beauty queens.

The coronation night, hosted by Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2014 MJ Lastimosa and Jasper Tiongson, featured a special performance by Mister Supranational Philippines 2023 Johannes Rissler. The event was streamed live through the official Miss Universe Pasig Facebook page.
