Umkabogable star Vice Ganda has expressed interest in a potential film collaboration with box office queen Kathryn Bernardo after a fan suggested the idea on social media.
A netizen reposted an art card ranking the highest-grossing Filipino movie stars since 2000, with Kathryn Bernardo leading the list with a total of ₱5.6 billion in box office earnings, followed closely by Vice Ganda with ₱5.2 billion.
The fan wrote: “Kathryn & Vice together with their co-actors sa mga movies nila yung nasa list. What if silang dalawa kaya pagsamahin next time? Saboog!”
Vice quickly responded, retweeting the post and asking: “Gusto mo ba??????”

Vice’s response immediately sparked excitement among netizens, who flooded social media with comments urging film producers to make the ViKath movie happen.
If the project pushes through, it will mark the first time Vice Ganda and Kathryn Bernardo will headline a film together.
They previously shared the screen in MMFF 2012’s ‘Sisterakas’, which earned ₱393 million, although Kathryn only had a supporting role. She also made a cameo appearance in Vice’s 2017 MMFF top-grosser, ‘Gandarrapiddo! The Revenger Squad’, which starred Daniel Padilla.
With both stars dominating the Philippine box office individually, fans believe that a full-length Kathryn-Vice movie could set new records—possibly even surpassing the ₱1.6 billion gross of ‘Hello, Love, Again’.
Aside from being two of the most successful movie stars, both Vice Ganda and Kathryn Bernardo were also recognized as top taxpayers in the country, further proving their impact on the Philippine entertainment industry.
