A unique food concept that food enthusiasts should not miss, World Kitchens features 15 show kitchens serving more than 250 unique international dishes under one roof. This innovative food concept transforms every visit into a communal yet personal dining experience in over 700 seats for food enthusiasts that will satisfy every preference across generations.

What’s Inside World Kitchens:

HK Ma’s Bistro

Chef-owner Steve Ma brings modern sophistication to classic Hong Kong cuisine at HK Ma’s Bistro. Signature dishes like Sous Vide Iberico Char Siew (special Chinese BBQ pork), Drunken Clams, and Charcoal Grilled Squid combine traditional recipes with contemporary techniques. A culinary professional from Hong Kong who was trained under the mentorship of celebrity chef and restaurateur Jamie Oliver, he creates dishes that transform familiar flavors into elevated culinary masterpieces.

The You No Men

The You No Men offers a delightful array of ramen and Japanese dishes, crafted with the guidance of Chef Takahiro Fujita. Known for his expertise in delivering rich, flavorful noodles and perfectly paired side dishes, Chef Fujita celebrates the comforting tastes of Oriental cuisine. The menu features exciting options like Maze Soba (dry ramen with savory toppings), available in both classic and spicy flavors, alongside other ramen bowl variants that suit every preference.

Unagi Yukimitsu

Unagi Yukimitsu showcases the culinary expertise of chef-owner Masaki Watanabe, a distinguished Japanese culinary professional known in the industry as “Tuna King”. A must try is Unagi Hitsumabushi (grilled eel on rice with sweet savory sauce), crafted with authenticity and precision, alongside a variety of donburi dishes. Each plate showcases the delicate textures and vibrant flavors that define traditional Japanese cuisine.

Lepak

Singaporean Gen-Z bar owner Aaron Shen brings a touch of global sophistication to World Kitchens with its curated selection of cocktails and wines through Lepak (which means relax and chill in Malay; formerly named Santai). Its specialty, the Pandan Negroni, blends rich, aromatic flavors into a refreshing twist on the classic drink. Exclusive to World Kitchens is the Ace of Araneta, a special signature creation that elevates the art of mixology.

Prana

Prana offers a vibrant exploration of Indian cuisine led by Chef Rajan Veeranan, former chef de partie at Pullman Central Park Gurgaon in India who currently heads Prana Indian Cuisine at Novotel Manila Araneta City. Signature dishes like Butter Chicken Masala showcase the depth of traditional Indian spices and culinary techniques. With Chef Rajan’s passion and expertise, each dish promises an authentic and flavorful experience of the fabled Asian subcontinent.

Dario Pizza & More

At Dario Pizza & More, chef-owner Dario Bonaccorso blends tradition with creativity to offer authentic Italian favorites. Born and raised in Italy, Chef Dario extends his passion for pizza from Singapore to the Philippines, serving dishes like Pizza Bomba, Calzone (stuffed pizza pocket), and Prosciutto. In showcasing bold flavors and premium ingredients, Dario Pizza & More delivers an unforgettable taste of Italy.

Asador de Manila

Chef-owner Gale Tan Sun brings the unique art of open-pit roasting to life with Asador de Manila’s menu. Dishes like Paella Negra and Lechón Asado, the latter expertly cooked in an open fire pit, offer a taste of authentic Spanish flavors that will transport diners to the bustling asadores of Spain. His creations celebrate heritage while introducing innovative twists to beloved classics.

Sticky Sweet

Sticky Sweet redefines desserts with imaginative creations of delightful sweets and heavenly pastries. Inspired by sweet Asian favorites, its menu features treats like varieties of Wagashi (Japanese Mochi), Petit Four (mini cakes), specialty coffee and beverages, and a lot more. Chef Jessie

At Chef Jessie, chef-owner Jessie Sincioco brings a masterful fusion of international culinary standards and familiar local flavors to life with standout dishes like Baked Chilean Seabass in Miso, Baby Lechon, and Award-Winning Sisig. Renowned for preparing meals for Pope Francis during his 2015 visit to the Philippines, she seamlessly blends global techniques with Filipino traditions. Kuro Maguro

Chef-owner Masaki Watanabe also leads a specialized show kitchen that focuses on kuro maguro (bluefin tuna), a highly preferred ingredient for sushi and sashimi.
