Following the successful debut of the Garmin Run Asia Series in the Philippines in 2024, the event is returning to Manila on October 26, 2025 in Filinvest City, Alabang. Since joining the series, the Philippines has become a part of the dynamic network of running events across major Asian cities, bringing together a vibrant community of runners of all levels chasing personal bests and celebrating fitness.

In its second year in Manila, the Garmin Run Asia Series continues its mission of inspiring runners, from casual enthusiasts to seasoned athletes, to stay active, pursue their best selves, and build a lifestyle of running for better health. With race categories of 5km, 10km, and 21km, this event invites every kind of runner, whether those who are trying to best their personal records, or those stepping up to new distances, or even those who simply run for the love of it.

“The energy of the first Garmin Run in Manila was electric. We saw thousands of Filipinos come together not just to race, but to celebrate wellness, progress, and build a community. This year, we’re raising the bar. We want more people to see running not just as a sport, but as a stepping stone to better health. The Garmin Run is our way of inspiring Filipinos to take their fitness seriously and stay committed to a more active lifestyle,” said Ryan Tan, Founder and CEO of NAVCO Group, Garmin’s exclusive distributor in the Philippines.

Early bird registration is now ongoing until May 15, with rates at PHP 1,400 (5km), PHP 1,600 (10km), and PHP 2,200 (21km). Interested participants can register on the official website.

Finishers who complete their respective race category within a required time will receive an electronic certificate of achievement, a completion medal, and special gifts from Garmin and its partners.

Level Up Your Running Journey at the Garmin Run Asia Series
The Garmin Run Asia Series continues to set a new benchmark for regional running events by combining innovative concepts with cross-regional engagement. The series will expand in 2025 to 10 major Asian cities, including Jakarta, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Seoul, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

The Garmin Asia Virtual Run, held from June to August, will feature 10K and 21K challenges, with regional champions earning flight tickets and spots in Garmin Run Taipei. Over 110,000 participants are expected, and runners will also have the opportunity to collect stamps from different cities through the newly introduced “GRC Running Passport” and earn a customized 18K gold-plated medal as a symbol of persistence and achievement.

This year’s series is supported by key partners aminoVITAL (Ajinomoto Co., LTD.), Starlux Airlines, and Shokz.

Engineered on the inside for life on the outside, Garmin products have revolutionized life for adventurers, athletes, off-road explorers, road warriors and outdoor enthusiasts everywhere. Committed to developing products that enhance experiences, enrich lives and help provide peace of mind, Garmin believes every day is an opportunity to innovate and a chance to beat yesterday.
