TV host and actress Kris Aquino has had enough of the false rumors claiming she has died or fallen victim to witchcraft.

Over the weekend, the “Queen of All Media” took to social media to speak out and update the public on her health, debunking fake news that has been circulating online.

In an Instagram post on May 12, Kris addressed the recent surge in misleading content about her condition, expressing frustration and appealing for the public to stop spreading misinformation.

“Matagal ko nang gustong tumira sa tabing dagat kasi ‘yung simoy ng hangin sobrang nakakatulong, bukas na lang after my PET scan I will tell you the TRUTH because I am so tired of seeing I am dead, na itong healer ang may solusyon, na may kumulam sa’kin — please STOP,” she wrote.

Kris, who is currently undergoing treatment for multiple autoimmune conditions, shared that she is now preparing for a PET scan and 2D Echo test as part of her ongoing medical evaluation. She also revealed that she now has nine diagnosed autoimmune diseases, with a tenth emerging due to complications, though she chose not to fully elaborate on the last diagnosis.

Despite the challenges, Kris emphasized that her faith remains steadfast.

“My faith in God’s mercy, in the salvation from Jesus Christ becoming man, and in Mama Mary’s mantle of protection — it remains strong.”

She also offered a prayer for others in pain and advocated for better wages for government health workers: “Let’s all continue to pray for everyone experiencing pain daily. Sana gumanda pa ang sahod ng mga govt health workers sa para hindi na hangad ng marami ang mag trabaho abroad.”

In one post, she shared a video of her son Bimby, along with family friends K Brosas, Mama Loi, and Tarlac Governor Susan Yap, during her confinement at a medical facility.

“You are going to get a lot of Bimb. I am currently confined, now getting a 2D Echo. Tomorrow it’s my PET SCAN,” she explained. “We are choosing where we will be living, kailangan ko ng fresh air and a cooler climate. The sea breeze will be wonderful — may suggestions kayo?”

Kris also revealed that she hasn’t voted since 2022, citing her medical treatment in the United States as the reason, and asked followers for help deciding where she could live peacefully: “Currently I am a disenfranchised voter… Please help me decide? Where will I be able to breathe fresh air?”

In another emotional post, Kris teased her first interview in four years with a politician, saying it reminded her of her broadcasting roots: “It felt so good, I haven’t interviewed anyone in about 4 years. This is the only interview I did — because malapit na.”

“Please watch my first interview in years — I felt that I was home.”

Kris Aquino remains one of the most closely followed public figures in the Philippines, and her health updates continue to draw both concern and support from fans.
