Fans were left surprised—and a little heartbroken—after Anthony Jennings gave unexpected answers during the ‘Incognito: The Lie Detector Challenge’ segment, where he was grilled by actor Ian Veneracion.
Jennings, who is currently paired on-screen (and rumored off-screen) with singer-actress Maris Racal, sparked buzz online after revealing that his heart isn’t exactly in a happy place.
In the segment, Ian asked bluntly: “Is your heart happy?”
Anthony replied, “No.”
“Is someone making you happy?” Again, Anthony said, “No.”
What stunned fans even more was when Anthony admitted to stalking an ex-girlfriend online.
“Have you ever stalked an ex-girlfriend on social media?” Ian asked.
Anthony initially answered “No,” but after a bit of nudging, he clarified: “Yeah! Yeah! Na-scroll ko lang. Okey lang ba ’yon?” To which Ian replied, “So, your answer is…?”
“Yes,” Anthony finally said.
The lie detector test confirmed his answers were all truthful—until one particular question threw him off.
“May pinagsisisihan ka ba sa love life mo?” Anthony answered “No,” but the machine flagged it as a lie.
“Sinungaling!” Ian teased.
To which Anthony laughed and admitted, “Siguro, pero I try to accept it!”
The confessions stirred reactions online, especially from Maris’s supporters, who had hoped Anthony’s heart was happy—presumably because of her.
