Kapuso star Mikee Quintos has reached a major personal milestone, officially graduating with a degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) after ten years of balancing academics and showbiz.
In a celebratory Instagram post, the ‘Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre’ actress shared a video of herself wearing a sleek black dress under her academic gown, proudly declaring, “Guess who just got one degree hotter!! #USTArchitectureBatch2025.”
Mikee attended the graduation ceremony at UST’s Quadricentennial Pavilion, joining fellow Thomasians as part of the 2025 graduating batch. The achievement marks the culmination of a decade-long journey that began in 2014, when she first enrolled in UST’s rigorous Architecture program.

Along the way, her rising career in television prompted her to pause her studies, taking on numerous acting projects including her breakout role as Lira in ‘Encantadia’. Despite her growing popularity, Mikee never lost sight of her academic dream.
In April 2024, she successfully defended her thesis and posted about the moment with pride: “POV: Your thesis jury just gave you your final grade and you’re finally graduating after 10 years in college.”
Mikee’s story of perseverance has resonated with fans and fellow students alike, many praising her for proving that it’s never too late to pursue one’s goals. After her stint in the murder mystery series ‘SLAY’, she now returns to her iconic role as Lira in ‘Sang’gre’, bringing with her not just talent—but a hard-earned academic title as well.
