The ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ has officially named its Final 6 Duos, bringing the competition one step closer to its highly anticipated Big Night on July 5, 2025.
The announcement came during the live episode on Saturday, June 7, marking a crucial turning point in the historic Kapamilya-Kapuso crossover season.
The selection process followed the ranking results from the grueling ‘Pole Memorization and Balancing Task,’ where housemates earned the right to choose their final partners based on performance.
Mika Salamanca and Brent Manalo
First to choose was Mika Salamanca (Rank 6), who picked Brent Manalo (Rank 11) with an emotional speech. “He’s been a huge part of my growth and journey here… When I hear ‘Final Duo,’ he’s the first person I think of.” Despite initially keeping a straight face, Brent accepted with a teasing “I’m sorry… I accept,” drawing laughter and relief from everyone. The pair, affectionately known as MikBrent, reunited for a second time in the competition.
AZ Martinez and River Joseph
AZ Martinez (Rank 7) was next and chose River Joseph (Rank 10), describing him as a “gentle giant” and “a hero to many of us.” River, touched by her words, gladly accepted, saying AZ was like a little sister to him and praising her selflessness and strength throughout the competition. This is their first time as an official duo.
Charlie Fleming and Esnyr Ranollo
As the last two housemates without partners, Charlie Fleming (Rank 9) and Esnyr Ranollo (Rank 12) automatically became the sixth and final pair. But fate seemed to be on their side. “If I was given the chance to choose, I would have picked Esnyr,” said Charlie, calling him her top choice since Day 1. Visibly moved, Esnyr became emotional: “Thank you for making me feel likeable… I’ll fight for our dream until the end.” He also declared, “This is a fight for the probinsyanang Bisaya, for content creators, and for the LGBTQ+ community!”
The other Final 3 Duos were formed during the June 4 episode:
Ralph de Leon and Will Ashley
Shuvee Etrata and Klarisse de Guzman
Dustin Yu and Bianca de Vera
These pairs were forged through heartfelt choices and tested alliances, setting the stage for an emotional and intense final stretch inside Bahay ni Kuya.
With only four weeks remaining, the pressure intensifies. The Final 6 Duos are expected to face tougher challenges, including face-to-face nominations, as only four out of the six duos will advance to the Big Night.
This season of ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ is breaking ground as the first full collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA Network. For the first time ever, the show will crown two Big Winners — one from each network — on July 5.
