K-pop idol and actor Doh Kyung-soo, better known as D.O. of EXO, made his much-awaited return to the Philippines with his first full-scale solo concert, ‘DO It!’, held on August 16, 2025 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

The show marked D.O.’s comeback to Manila almost exactly a year after his ‘Bloom’ fan concert at the Araneta Coliseum in 2024. This time, he was joined by a live band, delivering a two-hour set filled with soulful vocals, heartfelt fan interactions, and a mix of solo hits and EXO classics.
Before the show, Metro Manila experienced heavy rainfall that left the singer concerned for his fans.
“The truth is I got worried today. The weather was terrible earlier, wasn’t it? I was so worried that if it was still raining like this, would the fans be able to come? But how is the weather now? It’s so beautiful! It’s so fun, isn’t it?” D.O. told the crowd.
Despite the gloomy weather, thousands of Filipino EXO-Ls filled the venue, proving their unwavering support. Many came dressed in white to follow the concert’s official dress code, later dubbed online as a “baptism” for fans.

Fresh from the release of his first full-length album ‘Bliss’ in July, D.O. performed several tracks from the record, including ‘Where You Were,’ ‘Simple Joys,’ ‘Fit,’ and ‘Sing Along!’ He also delighted the audience with earlier hits such as ‘I’m Gonna Love You,’ ‘That’s Okay,’ ‘My Dear,’ ‘It’s Love,’ and ‘I Do.’
The night reached emotional highs when he sang ‘Draw My Path’ and ‘In Another Life,’ before returning to the stage for an encore with ‘Rose’ and a lively reprise of ‘Sing Along!’

D.O. also surprised fans with renditions of EXO songs, including ‘Love Me Right’ and ‘Peter Pan,’ to the crowd’s delight.
“Every time I go to a performance and sing EXO songs, it really makes me happy,” he said.

True to his playful nature, D.O. kept the concert lighthearted with spontaneous fan interactions. He teased fans who couldn’t resist chanting during ‘Popcorn’, jokingly scolding them: “Who was that? You’re even doing it on purpose, huh?”
He also expressed surprise at seeing a large number of male fans in attendance, prompting cheers from all sides of the arena.
“I’m really enjoying right now. Are you guys happy? I truly feel that you are happy. The Philippines is the best,” he said after performing ‘I Do.’
Fans prepared a touching video tribute set to his song ‘5 Minutes’, which brought the singer close to tears.
