Bogo City, Cebu — October 10, 2025 — When the ground shook in Northern Cebu, fear and uncertainty filled the air. Homes crumbled, families trembled, and lives were forever changed. Yet amid the ruins, kindness rose — carried by the hearts of those who chose to care. In this moment of despair, CC7 and Laro77 stood not as gaming brands, but as beacons of compassion and hope.

On October 6 and 7, 2025, the CC7 and Laro77 team personally journeyed to Bogo City, Cebu, to reach out to families who had lost almost everything. For two days, they brought more than just goods — they brought comfort, reassurance, and the message that no one is ever alone in hardship. Over 2,500 families and individuals received relief packs, clean water, and essential supplies, each one a small spark of hope in a difficult time.
The operation was made possible through the kindness of Fortuna Hotel, graciously opened by its owner Ms. Carmel Sy to serve as a relief hub. With the help of Ms. Mary Jane Pernitas, a host and motivational speaker, CC7 and Laro77 coordinated with SDO DepEd Bogo teachers and superintendents who volunteered to repack goods and assist with distribution.

Gratitude also goes to Mayor Niel Martinez and the Local Government Unit of Bogo City, whose guidance ensured smooth operations, and to barangay leaders including Kap. Allain Ree Florida Torion (Barangay Cogon), Kap. Nelia Lepon (Barangay Gairan), and Kap. Emman Jagdon (Barangay Siocon), together with Councilors Malou Roma and Cecille Sinadjan, who stood side by side with the volunteers.

Joining the mission were Ms. Evangeline Damayo, the S-Black Boys, and the Kabataan ng Cebu Volunteers, who braved rough terrain to deliver help to remote communities.
“CC7 and Laro77 believe that our true victory lies not in the games we play, but in the lives we touch,” shared a CC7 and Laro77 representative. “Every act of kindness is a reminder that humanity still wins — especially when we choose compassion over comfort.”
Yet, even as aid poured in, many families continue to sleep outside, afraid to return to their homes. They need plastic sheets and temporary shelters to shield them from the rain and cold.

“Even the smallest help can change a life. A single act of giving can remind someone that hope still lives,” the representative added. “We encourage everyone to share, to reach out, and to be part of rebuilding not just homes — but hearts.”
Through this initiative, CC7 and Laro77 have proven that true success goes beyond entertainment or numbers. It is measured by the warmth of a helping hand, the courage to care, and the ability to bring light where darkness once stood.
Because in every Filipino heart beats the same truth — we rise by lifting one another.
