‘Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11’ Big Winner Fyang Smith candidly revealed that she is frequently called in and reprimanded by ABS-CBN executive and Star Magic Head Lauren Dyogi whenever controversies about her circulate online.

In her recent interview with Ogie Diaz, Fyang admitted that she regularly faces reminders from management—especially from Direk Lauren—about her actions as a public figure.
The young artist clarified, however, that Dyogi’s stern words come from a place of guidance rather than anger.
Fyang shared that at times, the backlash she faces online feels overwhelming.
“Every time na may lalabas, ang laking issue na—sobrang parang pumatay ako ganun,” she said.
Still, she expressed deep gratitude toward Direk Lauren for continuing to mentor her through her mistakes.

During the same interview, Ogie Diaz personally apologized to Fyang for misjudging her based on viral clips that circulated on social media.
To which Fyang responded calmly, “Walang ganun, Tito Ogs.”
Fyang also addressed several past controversies, including a viral video where she appeared to hit her marshal. She clarified that it was simply a misunderstanding.
She further explained that her facial expressions often make her seem “rude” when she isn’t.
Maingay lang ang mukha ko,” Fyang said with a laugh.
Now, the young star says she’s focusing on growth and self-improvement after everything she has gone through.
Fyang’s honesty and humility during the interview drew praise from netizens, who lauded her maturity and grace.
One comment read: “Fyang’s growth is real. She’s not just learning; she’s taking accountability and showing humility. That’s what makes her inspiring.”
