GMA Network’s afternoon drama “My Father’s Wife (MFW)” ended its successful run on Saturday, October 11, with its highest rating since its premiere on June 23, 2025.

According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People ratings, the show’s finale garnered an impressive 7.9 percent, landing at number 4 on the overall ratings chart, the highest placement for the series during its entire run.
Starring Gabby Concepcion and Kylie Padilla, MFW showed a steady upward trend in viewership throughout its final week.
On Monday, October 6, the series posted a 6.9 percent rating, ranking 7th overall. It slightly improved to 7.0 percent on Tuesday, October 7, maintaining its 7th place position.
By Wednesday, October 8, ratings rose to 7.5 percent, moving the show up to 6th place. Although Thursday, October 9, saw a minor dip back to 7.0 percent, MFW held its 6th place spot.
The penultimate episode on Friday, October 10, brought a strong comeback with a 7.6 percent rating, still holding firm at number 6.
The finale on Saturday marked a significant milestone, peaking at 7.9 percent and securing 4th place on the overall ratings board, the series’ highest achievement.
With ‘My Father’s Wife’ concluding its run, it has been succeeded by ‘Hating Kapatid,’ a new family drama featuring real-life family Carmina Villaroel and Zoren Legaspi, with their twins Mavy and Cassy Legaspi.
