Easy Brand has officially introduced multi-talented actress and comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto as its newest brand ambassador, joining culinary icon Chef Boy Logro and the company’s growing roster of endorsers.
The announcement was made during a special media launch held at Caffe Allor Ristorante on Scout Reyes, Quezon City.

The event highlighted the actress’ relatable approach to home cooking, her lively personality, and her deep love for sharing meals with her family and online followers. The partnership also marks her renewed presence in mainstream Philippine entertainment after her long stay in the United States and her recent signing with Sparkle GMA Artist Center.
Rufa Mae, currently seen transforming into various music icons on ‘Your Face Sounds Familiar’, is embracing a new transformation—this time in the kitchen. Even before receiving Easy Brand’s endorsement, she had already been known among fans for her home-cooked meals and viral kitchen content, earning the nickname #MamaChef, a term coined by her close friend LJ Reyes.
Her Instagram page has become a colorful cooking diary, showcasing recipes she prepares for her daughter Athena. With Easy Brand, she now expands this passion to a wider audience.
“I’m loving the new me,” she previously wrote on Instagram, reflecting on motherhood and rediscovering her love for food. Now stepping into her new role, the statement takes on new meaning as she ushers in a more public culinary journey.

During the launch, Rufa Mae shared how Easy Brand’s products help simplify her busy schedule—especially on days when she juggles rehearsals for Your Face Sounds Familiar and parenting.
“Madali, masarap, at certified ‘Rufa Mae’—ganun dapat!” she joked, drawing laughs from the media.
As part of the campaign, she will highlight how EasyPro® Sauces and Mixes elevate everyday cooking:
- EasyPro® Premium Sauces such as Sweet Chili, Teriyaki, Soy Garlic, and Barbecue
- EasyPro® Powder Mixes, which she uses for snacks and desserts
- EasyPro® Flavor Powdered Mixes, perfect for quick comfort dishes
Easy Brand executives said Rufa Mae embodies the modern Filipino home cook—creative, fun, practical, and full of personality.
“With Rufa Mae Quinto joining Chef Boy Logro and our Easy Brand ambassadors, we’re excited to reach more Filipino families who want convenience without losing the joy of cooking,” an executive shared.
Several brand ambassadors also attended the event, including Chef Ruben Ignacio, Chef Marky Bartolome, Chef Zhe Jacinto, Chef Irish Manrique, Chef Carl Josh Dy, Chef Bam Piencenaves, Kobe Chan, Rachel Ann Jao, Lui Selorio, Boram Um, and Don Gabriel Calderon.
In the same event, Rufa Mae revealed that she will be spending Christmas in the Philippines for the first time in 10 years, following the passing of her husband, Trevor Magallanes, last July.
“Dito muna sa Pinas. For 10 years, first time. Anak ko, first time niya at all sa Philippines,” she said. “Excited din ako. Matagal din ako hindi nag-Pasko dito—siguro mga 12 years.”
While she had initially considered flying back to the U.S. for the holidays, she admitted she worried it might feel too emotional for her and her daughter without Trevor.
Magallanes, who was based in the United States, died of natural causes, as confirmed by Rufa Mae.
To usher in the holiday season, Rufa Mae released a new Christmas single titled ‘Ho Ho Ho”’, a collaboration with beauty queen Dia Mate. The track promises “mischievous holiday vibes, flirty energy, and festive camp.”
She also shared that she is set to reunite with acclaimed director Joyce Bernal for a new comedy film slated for release next year. The two previously worked on iconic comedy hits such as ‘Booba, Masikip sa Dibdib’, and ‘Super B’.

With a revived entertainment career, a new brand partnership, and her first Philippine Christmas in a decade, Rufa Mae Quinto steps confidently into a new chapter—one filled with comedy, cooking, and heartfelt beginnings. (with reports from Aldrine Benitez)
