TELUS Digital Philippines conducted a series of mental health talks and interactive activities at SuperPark McKinley in Taguig as part of its continuing efforts to promote employee well-being.

The company closed Mental Health Awareness Month with Headspace Hack, an experiential event designed to help team members integrate movement and mindfulness into their daily routines. Licensed psychologists from mental health organization Mind You facilitated the session.
Participants joined guided mindfulness exercises, movement-based activities, and group discussions highlighting the connection between physical activity and mental resilience.
“For us, workplace mental health is not an add-on, it’s essential for our people to thrive and do their best work,” said Anne Muñoz, country vice president of TELUS Digital Philippines. She noted that the company provides year-round support through its Employee Assistance Program (EAP), mental wellness seminars, and community-building events.
As part of its broader strategy for holistic employee support, TELUS Digital Philippines offers:
- HR wellness webinars and year-round mental health sessions
- Employee Resource Groups and coaching programs
- Psychological First Aid sessions and Mental Health in the Workplace workshops
Throughout October, team leaders and employees attended trainings on effective communication, self-care, identifying psychiatric warning signs, and providing appropriate support.
The company’s Employee Assistance Program, powered by TELUS Health, provides confidential 24/7 counseling and mental health services for employees and their families.

Recognizing the link between financial stability and mental health, the company provides:
- Low-interest loans and savings programs
