On December 3, 2025, Bianca de Vera was featured in the final Spotlight presscon of the year—coming in with a stream of updates, stories, and the steady momentum of everything she’s been working on lately.
Even before her PBB Collab stint, Bianca was no stranger to the camera, having taken on a wide range of roles. Now, she readies one of her most pivotal turns yet in the MMFF 2025 entry Love You So Bad, where she takes the spotlight as the film’s lead.
“Hindi ko naman ineexpect na magkakaroon ako ng ganito karaming blessings, which I’m very very grateful for…Yung buhay ko ngayon, if I compare it from before… ito yung mga moments na pinagdarasal ko lang noon,” Bianca shared.
The film is a co-production between Star Cinema, GMA Pictures, and Regal Entertainment. Bianca plays Savannah, a young woman caught in a complicated love story as she finds herself torn between two very different love interests, portrayed by Will Ashley and Dustin Yu.
Talking about her experiences surrounding filming Love You So Bad, “It was really a journey. It was really a rollercoaster for the three of us…In this project I had the privilege to get to know them from scratch again. I got to see them in a different light, which is such a blessing for me.”
Beyond Love You So Bad, Bianca is also set to reunite with her former PBB housemates in the much-anticipated mystery-family drama The Secrets of Hotel 88, a collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA.
“Pangarap ko lang maging Star Cinema leading lady noon, and now I get the chance to be able to be one,” Bianca said, reflecting about her journey in the industry.
