Vice Ganda shared that partner Ion Perez has become noticeably more confident, describing the change during the launch of their endorsement as the newest ambassadors of Belle Dolls by Beautéderm.

Ion, who previously appeared shy and anxious in public events, surprised many with his relaxed and cheerful demeanor at the November 17 launch held at Solaire Resort North.
According to Ion, his improved confidence stemmed from feeling comfortable around Beautéderm CEO Rei Anicoche-Tan, whom he discovered was also Kapampangan.
“Naramdaman ko kasi na pareho kaming Kapampangan ni Ate Rei… mas nagiging kumportable ako pag alam kong puwede akong makausap ng Kapampangan,” he said.
He added that having Vice beside him also helped: “Hinahanap ko talaga siya kapag nandun ako sa sitwasyon na ‘ganun.”
Vice said he was happy to see Ion becoming more at ease, explaining that his partner had grown more confident over the years.
“When he’s comfortable, I’m comfortable,” Vice said. “Over the years, nakikita ko na nade-develop ang confidence niya.”
Vice shared that Ion’s decision to take dance classes earlier this year contributed to this shift.
“Feeling ko na-boost ang confidence niya… tumatanggap na rin siya ng mga raket. Dati kahit maganda ang bayad, ayaw niya talaga,” he said. “Ngayon tumatanggap na siya… kasi meron na siyang dance medley na pang-raket.”
Vice joked that Ion’s confidence has grown so much to the point that “kumapal na talaga ang mukha niya.”
Vice and Ion were formally introduced as Belle Dolls endorsers during the Beautéderm event led by CEO Rei Anicoche-Tan. The couple also signed their contracts during the launch.
The endorsement announcement follows the release of their seventh anniversary vlog, where they documented a quiet celebration in Rizal and spoke about supporting each other’s growth and maintaining a strong partnership.
