The online conflict between Sofia Trazona and her estranged stepfather Alvin Aragon continues to intensify, with both parties releasing fresh statements addressing past incidents and deeply personal allegations.

In an interview on ‘The Cris Raf’ Uncovered uploaded Thursday night, Aragon spoke about how he disciplined Sofia when she was still living with him and her mother, former SexBomb member Izzy Trazona.

“Minsan na-pitsarahan ko ‘yun. Meron talaga akong anger. Ang complaint niya sakin ‘yung grabeng galit eh,” he said.

Aragon attributed Sofia’s gender identity to her upbringing, claiming she absorbed feminine traits from being raised primarily by her grandmother during her early years.

“Ang mga bata parang sponge ng panglinis ng pinggan… ngayon, si Andrei, ano ang nasipsip? Ang pagiging malambot ni lola. Magkaiba ang lalaki at babae, ang babae malambot talaga ‘yan.”

He also referenced Sofia’s move to Quezon Province to live with her biological father, alleging that her gender expression became more pronounced after that period.

“Lumayas yan eh, pumunta ng Quezon province sa tatay niya. After two years, pagbalik niya… nagladlad na. Bading na bading na.”

In response, Sofia addressed Aragon directly in a Facebook Reel, expressing emotional exhaustion over the public exchanges.

“To Mister Aragon, I’m addressing this specifically to you dahil, to be honest, I’m tired. I’m hurting. Pagod na rin ako magdefend at proteksyunan yung nanay ko sa lahat ng mga interviews, sa lahat ng mga nangyari rito sa social media. Napapagod na rin ako.”

She questioned his anger and called for compassion.

“Bakit kailangan mo sirain ‘yung sarili mo, bakit kailangan mo rin ako sirain?”

Sofia then made a more serious allegation, claiming that Aragon once strangled her during an incident she previously described only as physical discipline.

“I even protected you sa isang interview. Hindi ko nga sinabi na sinakal mo ako ‘di ba? Pero ayon talaga yung totoong nangyari. I even choked for how many seconds bago mo tinigil yung sakal na iyon.”

She said she initially believed the act was normal discipline but later realized it was wrong.

“Noong time an iyon hindi ko pinersonal iyon dahil akala ko noong time na iyon, normal lang ang ganoong pagdidisiplina pero habang lumalaki ako, mali pala talaga iyon.”

Despite the accusation, Sofia stressed she has no intention of destroying him or his family.

“Wala akong intensyon na sirain ka. Wala akong intensyon na masira yung family niyo. I’m happy for you guys… Let’s just focus on whatever you want to do in life.”

In a separate vlog interview with Ogie Diaz, Sofia addressed Aragon’s religious remarks about homosexuality.

“Ako, I believe talaga na I am only answerable to God alone. Siya lang ang puwede mang-judge sa akin.”

She added: “The word of God doesn’t condemn people kasi mahal nga tayo ng Diyos… Bakit Niya tayo iku-condemn? Talagang tatanggapin Niya tayo.”

Sofia said she finds it difficult to defend Aragon amid public backlash.

“Kung gusto ko man po siyang i-defend, parang mahihirapan din po ako. Kasi grabe niya din po kasi i-condemn yung mga bakla… parang ang ironic naman po na manggagaling sa akin yun.”

She also emphasized that members of the LGBTQIA+ community live honest lives.

“Hindi naman kami nag-nakaw, hindi naman kami pumatay ng tao… Nagtatrabaho naman kami nang maayos. Wala naman kaming tinatapakang ibang tao.”

Meanwhile, Izzy has publicly reaffirmed her faith, sharing that their family continues to rely on spiritual strength amid the controversy.

As of writing, Aragon has not issued a response to Sofia’s latest allegation regarding the strangling incident.
