Former ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0’ housemate Fred Moser has issued a public apology to fellow housemate Lella Ford after a past livestream clip resurfaced online and drew criticism from netizens.
The viral video, originally recorded on October 16, 2025, showed Moser joking with friends during a livestream before he officially entered Kuya’s house as a contestant. In the clip, Moser made a remark about Ford, saying he would be there to comfort her inside the house if she felt sad.
The comment recently circulated again on social media and triggered negative reactions from viewers.
In response, Moser released a statement on X (formerly Twitter), acknowledging his mistake and apologizing to Ford, her family, and the public.
“I would like to talk about the LIVE clip with my friends that has been over the internet. It was before I went into Kuya’s house. The comment I made in that video was a very bad joke, and I am very sorry to have made such a comment,” Moser wrote.
He admitted that the remark was inappropriate and expressed regret after reflecting on the situation.
“In hindsight, I realized it was not the right choice. I deeply regret what I said to the other person in the case, her family, and to everyone who did not like to hear it,” he added.
Moser emphasized that it was never his intention to disrespect anyone but acknowledged that intent does not erase the impact of his words.
“It was never my intention to disrespect anyone but I understand that intentions don’t erase the impact of my words, and for that I am truly sorry,” he said.
The former housemate also shared that the incident has been a moment of reflection for him and promised to improve moving forward.
“I have reflected on it and I will improve upon it in the future. I understand that I have a long way to go and much to evolve, which is why I am determined to become a better and more responsible man,” he said.
Moser also thanked supporters who have continued to believe in him despite the controversy.
“I really love the people that will always stand by me as I learn and work with my mistakes and improve myself day by day,” he added.
Lella Ford recently made headlines after being crowned the Big Winner of the Kapamilya housemates in “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0.” Meanwhile, Caprice Cayetano was named the Big Winner for the Kapuso housemates.
Moser exited the ‘PBB’ house earlier this year in January, alongside fellow housemate John Clifford.
