Lampara Books officially unveiled a wide range of new educational materials and storybooks during its launch held last March 3, 2026, at the 3rd Floor, The Center, JRich Corporate Center.
The event gathered authors, educators, and partners to introduce an expanded lineup of literacy and learning resources designed to respond to the country’s growing literacy concerns.
In his opening remarks, Segundo D. Matias, Jr., President of Lampara Books and Precious Pages, emphasized the publisher’s continuing commitment to producing relevant, high-quality, and accessible learning materials for Filipino children and families.
Developed by educators, reading specialists, award-winning writers, and illustrators, the newly launched titles aim to strengthen reading comprehension, numeracy skills, and supplementary learning support for children, from early learners to young adults.
The releases include featured and newly launched titles and series, independent storybooks, young adult fiction, and comprehensive reference books.

Lampara Books also introduced a strong lineup of acquired reference titles under the A History of…, The Story of…, and The New Encyclopedia… series, covering topics such as world history, science, space, the human body, dinosaurs, oceans, and global geography, designed to support research, curiosity, and independent learning.
This large-scale release forms part of Lampara Books’ hopeful vision: one where every Filipino child not only learns to read, but reads to learn, to imagine, and to shape a brighter future.
