Joshua Garcia considers the film ‘Barcelona: A Love Untold’ as his first major break after his stint in ‘Pinoy Big Brother All In’.

In the project, Garcia worked alongside Daniel Padilla for the first time—an experience he described as formative, likening their dynamic to that of a student and mentor.
According to Garcia, he learned extensively just by observing Padilla during the shoot, particularly in understanding the process of filmmaking.
Beyond his early career reflections, Garcia also shared his interest in joining the ‘Kanto Roundtable’ segment of ‘Ang Walang Kwentang Podcast’. He even suggested Padilla and Xian Lim as potential co-guests for the discussion.
However, director Antoinette Jadaone jokingly remarked that the session might turn into a drinking session rather than a serious discussion on acting. She proposed instead that Garcia be joined by fellow leading men who have also been part of love teams.
“Puwede ‘yung [kayo] ni Daniel at ikaw,” Jadaone suggested.
Garcia then responded, “Zanjoe.”
“No, na nag-love team din,” Jadaone clarified.
Misunderstanding the context, Garcia quipped, “Kami ni Daniel, nag-love team?”—prompting laughter from those present.
The lighthearted exchange sparked interest among fans, with some even entertaining the idea of a “bromance” pairing between Garcia and Padilla.
Jadaone later suggested including James Reid as a third guest, completing a lineup of prominent leading men for the proposed roundtable discussion.
