Since its launch in 2019, Nuwhite has steadily established itself as one of the pioneering names in the country’s beauty and wellness industry after becoming the first Filipino brand to introduce 200mg S-Acetyl Glutathione to the local market.

At a time when S-Acetyl Glutathione remained largely unfamiliar to Filipino consumers, the brand recognized an opportunity to elevate the standards of glutathione supplements in the country. Under the leadership of CEO Maureen B. Estrada, Nuwhite invested heavily in research and development before launching what it describes as a more advanced and bioavailable form of glutathione.
“Before Nuwhite, S-Acetyl Glutathione wasn’t widely recognized in the local market. We saw an opportunity to raise the standard—introducing a more advanced, refined option that delivers both efficacy and trust,” Estrada shared.

The launch eventually influenced the direction of the local glutathione market, with several other brands later introducing similar formulations in response to increasing consumer demand. Despite the growing competition, Nuwhite continues to be recognized as the original Filipino brand to launch 200mg S-Acetyl Glutathione.
Further strengthening its presence in the industry, the brand introduced its “Glow for 200” campaign in March 2025, a nationwide initiative designed to connect the product’s philosophy with real-life stories of confidence, self-care, and personal growth.

The campaign gathered over 200 participants from across the country, eventually narrowing the selection down to eight Glow Ambassadors: Khate Mendoza, Erica Calimag, Leiren Lim Canceran, Mikko Abelardo, Ria de Guzman, Nathalie Pascual, Karen Dawn Revolledo, and Rose Mae Daga.
The finalists are now set to compete in the Glow for 200 Grand Finale on May 22, 2026, where the Ultimate Glow Ambassador will officially be named.
Supporting the campaign is Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera, whose partnership with the brand reflects its message of confidence, consistency, and self-care.
“Ang ganda kasi ng campaign nila, love yourself, take care of yourself. Para sa akin, ’yun yung totoong empowerment kapag totoo ka sa sarili mo,” Rivera shared.

Her statement aligns with the campaign’s broader message that beauty and confidence are rooted in self-acceptance and intentional daily habits.
