Vice Ganda apologized to viewers over the limitations of a segment in It’s Showtime, citing budget constraints affecting its execution.

The issue stemmed from the ‘You Gotta Lyric’ portion of the ‘Laro Laro Pick’ segment, where contestants raise their hands to answer—a format some viewers found less engaging. One netizen suggested adding a buzzer system to improve gameplay.
Responding on social media, Vice acknowledged the suggestion and admitted the production’s current limitations.
“Yun lang talaga ang kulang. Buuuuzzzzzeeeeerrrrr!!!! Kaya lang wala na po kaming budget. Sagad na talaga,” she said.
She added that the team is doing what it can within its means.
Vice also shared that she personally agrees with viewers who are not fond of the current mechanics.
Despite the concerns, she assured fans that improvements will be made once resources allow.
“Bawi kami pag nakaluwag luwag. Sa patawa na lang muna kmi babawi. Love u Madlang People.”
The response drew mixed but largely supportive reactions from viewers. Some offered alternative suggestions, while others expressed appreciation for the show’s humor and authenticity despite limitations.
Another viewer suggested tweaks to the format: “No worries Meme.
