Fans and viewers were treated to an unexpected dose of kilig after Bimby Aquino-Yap made a surprise appearance during Ryzza Mae Dizon’s 21st birthday celebration on ‘Eat Bulaga!’ on Friday, June 12.

The special moment quickly became one of the show’s most talked-about segments, with many netizens even suggesting that the two could become a future loveteam.
Bimby, 19, and Ryzza Mae first met while working together in the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival entry ‘My Little Bossings’, which also starred Vic Sotto and Kris Aquino.
At the time, Bimby was just six years old while Ryzza Mae was eight.
Thirteen years later, the former child stars reunited on national television when Bimby appeared as a surprise guest for Ryzza Mae’s birthday celebration.
Adding to the romantic atmosphere, Bimby serenaded the birthday celebrant with the song “Maybe This Time,” drawing cheers from the audience.
After his performance, Bimby shared a fun fact from their childhood movie experience.
He revealed that Ryzza Mae was his first kiss because of a scene they filmed together in My Little Bossings.
When asked by co-host Miles Ocampo about his fondest memories from filming the movie, Bimby looked back on their time together.
“Ang dami kong memories during those times. It’s beautiful talaga. Siyempre na-meet ko si Ryzza,” he said.
The young Aquino-Yap then playfully teased Ryzza Mae after noticing that she appeared to be blushing.
“Parang hindi yan blush on ah?” he joked.
The audience’s kilig reached another level when Bimby delivered his heartfelt birthday message for Ryzza Mae.
“Sana maibalik natin ang dati. Our friendship dati. Kasi, di ba, we lost contact?
“Never change kasi from the time na I’ve known you since you were eight years old, hindi ka nagbago.
“So stay the same person you’ve always been. A kind, siyempre beautiful, and caring person you are.
“At saka kung hindi man maging tayo, ninong ako. Mga Dabarkads, if we don’t end up together, kailangan ako ang ninong sa kasal niya.”
His remarks immediately sent the studio audience into cheers and laughter, while host Vic Sotto and the other Eat Bulaga! hosts could not hide their amusement.
Bimby also presented Ryzza Mae with a necklace as a birthday gift and personally placed it around her neck, creating another memorable moment that drew applause from the audience.
The pair later recreated their iconic promotional photo from ‘My Little Bossings’, giving fans a nostalgic callback to their childhood movie days.
Their reunion quickly became a trending topic on social media, with clips and photos from the segment widely shared online.
Many netizens praised the pair’s natural chemistry and wholesome interaction, with some even expressing support for a potential Bimby-Ryzza Mae loveteam in the future.
