Actress, comedienne, and beauty queen Herlene Budol has spoken out after receiving what she described as an indecent proposal from an individual identifying himself only as “Gov.”

Over the weekend, Herlene shared screenshots on Facebook and Instagram Stories of an alleged Messenger conversation with the unnamed sender, accompanied by a firm statement: “Women are not for sale!”
According to the screenshots, the person introduced himself by saying: “Hello I’m Gov. Can I ask if available ka for one night stand and magkano?”
The conversation also showed that the sender attempted to call Herlene after the initial message. When she did not answer, the person allegedly sent another message several hours later offering ₱150,000.
After seeing the messages, Herlene fired back with a blunt response.
“Hello gov pakyu sayo na 150k mo! Itulong mo nalang yan sa nasasakupan mong lugar godbless haha!”
She then blocked the sender, as shown in the screenshots she shared online.
Herlene did not reveal the identity of the individual behind the messages or provide any additional details that could confirm whether the person is indeed a governor.
The actress’s post quickly gained traction on social media, drawing tens of thousands of reactions and more than a thousand comments from netizens. Many praised Herlene for rejecting the alleged offer and for speaking out against the incident.
As of writing, no official statement has been released by the unidentified individual referenced in Herlene’s post, and the claims remain based solely on the screenshots shared by the actress.
